Product Availability
We offer a very broad range of styles, colours and sizes from which you can Mix and Match. With such an extensive range and choice it is only viable to carry a limited stock of any individual item. We manufacture in the UK, so if your order is not in stock, we will produce and deliver your order within four weeks.
Product Information
Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and other content on the website are correct and the colour reproduction is as accurate as possible. However a slight variation in the actual garments may occur. We do not warrant that all information on the site is complete and free from error.
We reserve the right to refuse orders where information has been incorrectly published including prices and promotions.
Payment
Product prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of an order is the product price as shown (inclusive of VAT) plus delivery charges.
You can pay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or debit card ( Maestro, Solo or Visa Debit) or via PayPal. We do not accept cheques or postal orders.
Please note that PayPal will charge your card on receipt of your order.
Credit Card Security
When you place an order your credit card details are encrypted. they are only decrypted when they reach our systems and then kept in an encrypted format. No credit card details are held in clear text on our website.
We only accept orders from browsers that permit communication through Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Orders
After you have placed an order online we aim to fulfill your order within a maximum of four weeks from the date you placed the order. You will receive email confirmation of your order on the day of the order. An actual dispatch notification will be sent on the day your order is packed, at which point the purchase contract is made and we will take payment from PayPal.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes, so please ensure that all details are correct before clicking the confirm button.
DifferentForGirls Limited reserves the right to refuse an order. Non acceptance may result from the following example reasons, which is not an exhaustive list:
- Non availability of the product
- Inability to gain authorisation of payment
- Discovery of an error within the product information, including price and promotions

Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect or inaccurate address will not be returned to the customer unless the delivery charge is paid by the customer.
Delivery - UK
We will deliver your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once your order is in stock we will dispatch within 2-3 days. A delivery charge of £5.95 applies to all orders.
Delivery - International
We will deliver your order by Royal Mail. Once your order is in stock we will dispatch within 2-3 days. A delivery charge of £25.00 applies to all orders.
Returns
If necessary you may cancel your order under your rights provided by the Distance Selling Directive.
We offer a 14 day returns window for products purchased via www.differentforgirls.co.uk This period commences from the date your order was dispatched.
We are happy to exchange or refund any unworn, unwashed garments with all labels intact and not removed.
The garment must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition together with a copy of the receipt.

Making a UK Return
For a free return please find the postage paid label enclosed with your order, then stick it on the package. We will insure your parcel if you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office. For further enquiries please contact us at info@differentforgirls.co.uk
Your statutory rights under UK legislation are unaffected by this policy
Making an International Return
Orders delivered outside of the UK still benefit from our 14 day returns policy, but do not qualify for free returns. We strongly advise the use of a guaranteed service, which requires a signature upon arrival. For further enquiries please contact us at info@differentforgirls.co.uk
