Delivery - UK

We will deliver your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Once your order is in stock we will dispatch within 2-3 days. A delivery charge of £5.95 applies to all orders.

Delivery - International

We will deliver your order by Royal Mail. Once your order is in stock we will dispatch within 2-3 days. A delivery charge of £25.00 applies to all orders.

Returns

If necessary you may cancel your order under your rights provided by the Distance Selling Directive.

We offer a 14 day returns window for products purchased via www.differentforgirls.co.uk This period commences from the date your order was dispatched.

We are happy to exchange or refund any unworn, unwashed garments with all labels intact and not removed.

The garment must be returned in its original packaging and in saleable condition together with a copy of the receipt.

Making a UK Return

For a free return please find the postage paid label enclosed with your order, then stick it on the package. We will insure your parcel if you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office. For further enquiries please contact us at info@differentforgirls.co.uk

Making an International Return

Orders delivered outside of the UK still benefit from our 14 day returns policy, but do not qualify for free returns. We strongly advise the use of a guaranteed service, which requires a signature upon arrival. For further enquiries please contact us at info@differentforgirls.co.uk
